1.Product Introduction
The high-efficiency thickener is a specialized piece of equipment designed for solid-liquid separation and concentration processes. Its core lies in significantly enhancing sedimentation efficiency and processing capacity through optimized structural design and control systems. This equipment is widely used in mining, metallurgy, chemical engineering, and wastewater treatment sectors, aiming to improve production efficiency and resource utilization.
2.Application
Its applications are extensive, primarily covering the following fields:
Mining: Used for dewatering various metal and non-metal ores, mineral processing water treatment, and tailings management.

3.Working Principle
High-efficiency thickeners typically consist of a circular thickening tank and a rake device. During operation, slurry containing solid particles enters the tank, where the solids settle under gravity. The upper layer of pulp gradually transforms into clear water (overflow), achieving separation. Slurry settled at the tank bottom is continuously discharged by the rake device (underflow), while clear water overflows from the top. The new high-efficiency thickener incorporates a flocculant-assisted dewatering function. By optimizing equipment structure and flocculant addition, it accelerates the concentration process, enhancing underflow concentration and processing capacity.

Intelligent automation: Equipped with an expert control system that continuously monitors and adjusts concentration, flow rate, pressure, sludge layer height, underflow flow rate/concentration, and chemical dosage in real time. Features include automatic rake lifting, flocculant dosing, and underflow discharge pump control.
Robust Drive and Protection: The drive system employs an over-weight design and high-torque configuration, ensuring uninterrupted operation even under extreme conditions. A hydraulic control system provides triple overload protection: torque alarm, electrical shutdown, and overflow. The rake frame incorporates overpressure protection technology, with a design torque exceeding conventional standards by over 30%. It automatically lifts when torque increases.
Low Operating Costs: Proprietary dilution technology and precise flocculant dosage control reduce energy consumption and chemical usage, thereby lowering operational expenses.
