1.Product Introduction Gold Separation Equipment

Built on a heavy-duty wheeled chassis or skid, it integrates a feeding hopper, a rotating scrubbing drum, and a water distribution system into a single unit. This mobility allows miners to "follow the gold" by moving the plant directly to different excavation pits or along riverbanks, drastically reducing the cost and time spent hauling raw material to a stationary site.

3.Working Principle Gold Separation Equipment
Mechanical Scrubbing: Raw ore is loaded into the hopper and fed into the rotating drum. Internal "lifter bars" pick up the material and drop it, using the weight of the rocks to break down cemented gravels.
High-Pressure Washing: A central spray bar runs the length of the drum, injecting high-pressure water to dissolve mud and clay, freeing the gold particles from the waste rock.
Size Graduation: The drum features screen sections (e.g., 6mm, 12mm, or 20mm). Fine gold-bearing material passes through the screen, while larger "clean" rocks are ejected as tailings via a discharge chute or conveyor.
Integrated Recovery: The gold-rich slurry is directed into an attached sluice box or centrifugal concentrator. The heavy gold is trapped in specialized riffles or mats, while the waste water and sand exit the system.
