This biomass drying system mainly consists of a heat source furnace, feeding device, rotary drying drum, high-temperature induced draft fan, dust removal system and finished material discharging section. First, the wet biomass material is evenly fed into the inclined rotary drum through a quantitative feeder. Inside the drum, hundreds of specially designed lifting plates continuously pick up and scatter the material into a uniform material curtain, which fully contacts with the high-temperature hot air flow generated by the heat source. As the drum rotates slowly at a set speed, the biomass moves forward along the drum under the combined action of gravity and hot air thrust, completing the processes of heat exchange, surface moisture evaporation and internal water migration step by step. Finally, the dried material with qualified moisture content is discharged from the outlet, while the moisture-containing exhaust gas is sent to the cyclone dust collector and water spray dust removal device for purification before reaching the environmental protection emission standards.
High Thermal Efficiency & Low Energy Consumption: The internal lifting plate and multi-stage heat exchange structure increase the contact area between material and hot air by more than 40%, and the heat utilization rate is as high as 85%, which reduces fuel cost by 20-30% compared with traditional drying equipment.
Wide Material Adaptability: It can handle various fibrous, high-humidity and easy-to-caking biomass materials, and the final moisture can be adjusted freely between 8% and 15% according to production requirements.
Durable & Low Maintenance: The main wear parts are made of high-temperature resistant wear-resistant steel, which extends the service life by more than 5 years. The optimized transmission structure reduces failure rate, and daily maintenance only needs simple inspection of lubricating points and sealing parts.
Environmental Protection & Safety Configuration: Equipped with multiple explosion-proof valves, temperature sensors and over-temperature alarm systems, it effectively prevents dust explosion risks. The multi-stage dust removal system ensures that the exhaust gas emission fully meets national and international environmental protection standards.
Modular Design & Easy Installation: The integrated pre-assembled module structure shortens the on-site installation cycle by 50%, and can be quickly connected with the upstream crusher and downstream pellet mill to form a fully automatic biomass production line.
