Working Principle

The obliquely installed stainless steel drum that strictly follows CE safety design specifications is driven by a CE-certified heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. The heat source, temperature control and electrical systems all meet EU safety standards. High-moisture materials are fed into the inner cylinder through the CE-standard sealed anti-blocking feeding port. The built-in CE-compliant enhanced heat transfer stainless steel lifters continuously turn and scatter the materials as the drum rotates, making the materials fully contact with the hot air flow. Free moisture in the materials is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage temperature control zones that meet CE process requirements, and the dried finished products that meet the international moisture standards are stably discharged from the CE-standard anti-caking discharging end, completing the whole continuous drying process that fully complies with CE certification.
