1.Product Introduction


The Batch-Type Ceramic Ball Mill for Feldspar and Quartz Wet Grinding is a high-precision pulverizing system specifically engineered for the ceramics, glass, and electronic materials industries. It is ideally suited for the high-purity, homogenized wet batch grinding of raw materials such as feldspar and quartz. 3.Working Principle


  • Wet Batch Grinding Raw materials such as feldspar and quartz are mixed with water to form a mineral slurry, which is then loaded into the ball mill drum in discrete batches. Through the rotating action of the drum, the impact and attrition of the grinding media (such as ceramic or zirconia balls) pulverize the material to micron-level fineness—typically reaching under 0.074 mm (200 mesh).
  • Metal-Free Contamination Design The drum lining and grinding media are both constructed from ceramic materials. This effectively prevents the inclusion of iron, steel, or other metallic impurities, ensuring the chemical purity of the final product. This design is particularly suited for the preparation of high-end ceramics, glazes, and electronic-grade silicon materials.
  • Batch Operation Mode Each batch of material undergoes independent feeding, grinding, and discharging.
