1.Product Introduction Calcination Rotary Kiln

Medical Waste Incineration Rotary Kiln System Calcination Kiln is an industrial incineration system specifically engineered for the high-temperature treatment of medical waste. It integrates incineration and calcination functions, utilizing high-temperature pyrolysis and oxidation reactions to achieve the detoxification and volume reduction of medical hazardous waste.




2.Working flow

The system features a rotary kiln as its core equipment. The kiln is installed at a slight inclination and rotates slowly, ensuring the material moves progressively

from the feed end to the discharge end. The incineration process is typically divided into two stages:1. Primary Combustion (Pyrolysis & Gasification)In this

stage, medical waste undergoes pyrolysis within the rotary kiln at temperatures of 600–850°C under oxygen-deficient or oxygen-limited conditions.

Organic matter decomposes into combustible gases and solid residue, a process that minimizes flue gas volume and inhibits the formation of hazardous

substances.2. Secondary Combustion (High-Temperature Oxidation)The resulting flue gases enter a Secondary Combustion Chamber (SCC). Here, they

undergo complete combustion at temperatures ≥850°C with a residence time ≥2 seconds. For waste containing chlorine (such as IV tubes and plastic

products), the temperature is elevated to 1100–1200°C to ensure the total decomposition of toxic substances like dioxins.Calcination FunctionThe system

also provides a calcination function, utilizing high temperatures to trigger chemical transformations in inorganic components. Examples include the

decomposition of Calcium Carbonate into Calcium Oxide , or the solidification and stabilization of heavy metal salts. This process significantly reduces the

leaching toxicity of the resulting ash and slag.
