1.Product Introduction CIP CIL Gold Extraction

 

This high-tech environmental reagent is a 1:1 functional replacement for sodium cyanide (NaCN). Formulated from non-toxic inorganic salts, stabilizers, and catalysts, it is designed for gold extraction through Carbon-in-Leach (CIL) circuits without the extreme toxicity associated with traditional methods.

 

2.Application CIP CIL Gold Extraction

  • Target Ores: Highly effective for oxidized gold ores, low-grade ores, and certain sulfide-bearing gold ores.

  • Operational Scale: Optimized for 20tpd – 300tpd small-to-medium processing plants, especially those in regions with strict environmental regulations.

3.Working Principle CIP CIL Gold Extraction

  • Coordination Leaching: Once dissolved in the slurry, the reagent's active molecules react with gold atoms to form a stable, soluble gold-complex ion ($[Au(X)_2]^-$).

  • Simultaneous Adsorption (CIL): While the reagent dissolves the gold, activated carbon added directly to the tanks captures the gold-complex ions in real-time.

  • Kinetic Acceleration: The reagent operates optimally at a pH of 10.5 – 12.0, utilizing dissolved oxygen to catalyze the oxidation and complexation process.
