1.Product Introduction

 

The Gold CIL/CIP production line employs the carbon-in-leach process, which directly adsorbs and recovers gold from cyanide pulp using activated carbon. This represents a widely applied key technology in modern gold extraction industries.

 

2.Application

  • Flotation gold concentrate, or tailings from amalgamation or gravity separation.
  • Silt-rich oxidized ore, characterized by high clay content and poor settling and filtration properties.
    Compared to traditional zinc powder replacement methods, the carbon-in-slurry process eliminates investment in solid-liquid separation equipment, reduces cyanide usage, and offers greater environmental benefits.This mature technology achieves high recovery rates, with gold ingots as the final product.

3.Working Principle

 

The Cyanide-in-Pulp (CIP) and Cyanide-in-Leach (CIL) production lines are gold extraction processes based on the adsorption principle of activated carbon. The core process involves preparing a pulp from crushed and ground gold ore, leaching it in a cyanide solution to dissolve the gold into a gold-cyanide complex. Subsequently, activated carbon adsorbs this complex to achieve gold enrichment and separation.
