It continuously processes 280 tons of raw wood chips daily, lowering moisture content to the strict levels (typically 10%-15%) required to maximize syngas quality and maintain stable gasifier temperatures.

3.Working Principle

Wet wood chips are fed into the inclined rotating drum, where specialized internal plates continuously lift and shower them through a high-temperature air stream. As the drum turns, the chips advance via gravity and an induced draft, rapidly exchanging heat to evaporate internal and surface moisture. The uniformly dried, gasification-ready chips are then discharged at the outlet, while a high-efficiency cyclone collector cleanly separates the product from the humid exhaust air.
