1.Product Introduction
30TPH–200TPH Mobile Crushing Plant is a fully integrated, portable aggregate processing system that combines feeding, crushing, screening, and conveying into a single unit. Mounted on either wheeled (tyre) or crawler (track) chassis, it offers exceptional mobility for highly fluid or temporary operations, such as mining, construction waste recycling, and road/railway infrastructure projects. Compared to stationary production lines, its primary advantages include zero requirement for civil foundations and rapid deployment, making it the ideal solution for multi-site rotations and decentralized resource projects.
2.Application
Core Architecture: Modular Integration with High Mobility Despite its compact footprint, the mobile crushing plant offers full-scale functionality through five key integrated modules:
Vibrating Feeder Ensures uniform material intake while pre-screening soil and fines to prevent downstream clogging and maintain system stability.
Primary Crushing: Jaw Crusher (Coarse Reduction) Processes boulders with feed sizes up to 800mm, reducing them to under 200mm. It is versatile enough for various materials, from limestone to granite.
Secondary Crushing: Impact or Cone Crusher (Medium/Fine Reduction)
Impact Crusher: Ideal for medium-soft rock (e.g., limestone); produces superior cubical particle shapes.
Cone Crusher: Engineered for hard rock (e.g., basalt, river stone); offers high abrasion resistance and lower operational costs.
Vibrating Screen (Classification Unit) Features a multi-deck design to simultaneously sort aggregates into specific sizes (0–5mm, 5–10mm, 10–20mm, 20–31.5mm). Oversize material is automatically re-circulated for further crushing.
Belt Conveyor System Facilitates continuous material transfer between the crushing and screening stages. Select models feature foldable designs for streamlined transportation.
All components are integrated onto a single or multiple mobile chassis to form an "All-in-One Unit," supporting rapid on-site deployment.
