The carbon steel rotary drum dryer is a cost-effective mainstream industrial drying equipment with the main body made of high-quality carbon steel. Working Principle

The heavy-duty carbon steel drum supported by reinforced riding wheels is driven by a high-torque transmission system to rotate stably at a low speed. Wet bulk materials are continuously fed into the drum, and the built-in wear-resistant lifting plates fully scatter the materials to form a uniform material curtain, making the materials fully contact with the hot air flow. The moisture is efficiently evaporated through the multi-section drying zones, and the dried materials are stably discharged from the outlet, realizing long-term continuous large-capacity drying operation.
