Product Description

The stainless steel rotary drum dryer is a corrosion-resistant, hygienic industrial drying equipment with all parts in contact with materials made of high-grade 304/316L stainless steel. It avoids metal ion precipitation and cross-contamination, and can adapt to corrosive, high-hygiene-demand drying scenarios. It is widely used in industries such as food, new energy materials and environmental protection that have strict requirements for equipment hygiene and corrosion resistance.

Working Principle

The polished stainless steel drum is driven by a stable adjustable transmission system to rotate continuously. The built-in stainless steel lifting plates turn the materials evenly, making them fully contact with the clean hot air flow. The moisture in the materials is efficiently evaporated through the precisely controlled constant temperature zone. The dried materials are stably discharged through the non-residue stainless steel outlet, and the fine dust entrained in the tail gas is recovered by the matched stainless steel dust removal unit, realizing the full-process pollution-free and corrosion-resistant drying operation.
