Product Description

The indirect rotary drum dryer is a pollution-free industrial drying equipment that separates the heat source from the materials completely. The high-temperature flue gas or heat medium flows through the jacket outside the drum and the built-in heat exchange tubes, and transfers heat to the materials through the metal wall without direct contact. It is widely used in drying scenarios of heat-sensitive, easily polluted, high-purity materials in industries such as fine chemicals, food additives and new energy materials.

Working Principle

The heat source generated by the independent combustion or heating system is introduced into the sealed jacket outside the drum and the internal heat exchange tubes. The continuously rotating drum drives the built-in lifting plates to turn the materials slowly and evenly, making the materials fully contact with the high-temperature heat-conducting wall. The moisture in the materials is gently evaporated under the indirect heat transfer, and the water vapor is discharged through the independent clean exhaust system. The dried materials are stably output from the discharging end, realizing the pollution-free indirect drying process without mixing flue gas impurities.
