Product Description

The direct fired rotary drum dryer is a high-efficiency industrial drying equipment that directly uses high-temperature flue gas generated by fuel combustion as the heat source. The high-temperature hot flue gas directly contacts the materials inside the drum for heat exchange, eliminating the intermediate heat transfer link. It features a simple structure, high thermal efficiency and low operating cost, and is widely used in large-capacity drying scenarios of mining, building materials, coal, slag and other industries that do not have strict requirements for material pollution.

Working Principle

The high-temperature flue gas generated by the combustion chamber is directly introduced into the inner cavity of the rotary drum at a high flow rate. The continuously rotating drum drives the built-in lifting plates to lift and scatter the materials to form a uniform material curtain, making the materials fully contact with the high-temperature flue gas flowing at a constant speed. The moisture in the materials is rapidly evaporated through direct heat exchange, and the water vapor is discharged along with the flue gas. The dried materials are stably output from the discharging end, realizing the continuous and efficient direct-fired drying process.
