The high efficiency rotary drum dryer is an optimized energy-saving industrial drying equipment designed to boost drying efficiency and cut energy consumption. It adopts a restructured internal heat exchange system and streamlined air duct design, with thermal efficiency far higher than that of conventional models. Working Principle

The specially optimized drum is driven by a low-power high-efficiency transmission system to run stably. The built-in combined heat-conducting lifting plates fully scatter the materials into a uniform thin material curtain, maximizing the contact area between materials and hot air. The multi-stage gradient temperature control zones precisely match the moisture evaporation rules of materials, making full use of the heat energy of hot air to efficiently take away the moisture. The waste heat of the exhausted tail gas is recycled and reused through the preheating system, and the dried materials are discharged stably, realizing the high-efficiency and low-energy-consumption continuous drying process.
