The heavy duty rotary drum dryer is a high-load, super-large industrial drying equipment designed for harsh heavy industrial working conditions and ultra-high capacity continuous production scenarios. Its main body and core load-bearing components are made of thickened high-strength steel, with excellent impact resistance and overload resistance. It can stably handle large-volume, high-humidity, high-density bulk materials for 24 hours, and is widely used in large-scale drying scenarios of mining, metallurgy, building materials, environmental protection and other heavy industries.

Working Principle

The extra-thick heavy-duty drum supported by a multi-group reinforced heavy-duty riding wheel structure is driven by a high-torque low-speed transmission system to rotate stably and continuously. A large amount of high-humidity heavy bulk materials are stably fed into the drum through the anti-blocking heavy-duty feeding port. The thickened wear-resistant lifting plates continuously lift and turn over the heavy materials, making the materials fully contact with the high-temperature large-air-volume hot airflow. The moisture in the materials is efficiently evaporated through the long-stroke multi-zone drying process, and the dried heavy finished materials are stably discharged from the wear-resistant heavy-duty discharging end, completing the 24-hour uninterrupted large-capacity heavy-load drying operation.
