Product Description

The industrial rotary drum dryer is a mainstream large-scale continuous drying equipment designed for industrial mass production scenarios. It uses a slowly rotating inclined drum as the core carrier, supports customized configurations such as carbon steel, stainless steel, explosion-proof and anti-corrosion, and can stably handle the drying demands of various bulk materials. Working Principle

The obliquely installed industrial-grade drum is driven by a heavy-duty high-torque transmission system to rotate stably at a low speed. Wet industrial materials are continuously fed into the drum from the higher feeding end. The built-in wear-resistant lifting plates continuously lift and scatter the materials to form a uniform material curtain, making the materials fully contact with the large-flow hot air flowing through the drum. The free moisture in the materials is efficiently evaporated through the multi-section constant temperature drying zones, and the dried industrial finished materials are stably discharged from the lower discharging end, realizing 24-hour uninterrupted large-capacity industrial drying operation.
