The limestone rotary drum dryer is specially designed for drying wet limestone powder, limestone filter cakes, and crushed limestone materials. The complete drying system consists of a drying drum, heating system, feeding and discharging units, dust removal system, and transmission components.
It can continuously and efficiently dry large quantities of high-moisture limestone raw materials. After drying, the moisture content of the material meets the required standards and the dried limestone can be widely used in stone processing, building materials, metallurgy, chemical powder production lines, and other industries.
The dryer can be equipped with various heating sources, including coal-fired, natural gas, and biomass heating systems.

The inclined drum rotates continuously at a low speed. Wet limestone is fed into the dryer from the feeding end.
Inside the drum, lifting plates continuously raise and scatter the limestone materials, forming a uniform material curtain. The materials fully contact with the high-temperature hot air, allowing moisture to evaporate and be removed efficiently.
The dried limestone gradually moves toward the discharge end under the force of gravity. Moisture vapor and exhaust gas are discharged after passing through the dust removal system for purification.
Qualified dried limestone is continuously discharged from the outlet. The entire drying process is carried out in a sealed negative-pressure environment, ensuring efficient, stable, and environmentally friendly operation.
